Our Reach

We deliver our products to all parts of the India via various third party courier services like Anjani, Shree Tirupati Courier, Track On, The Professional Courier, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Shadowfax , etc.

Shipping and Payment Method Cost

We have stopped COD due to charges levied by Shipping aggregators. This gives a better pricing to our products.
Shipping is free.

If at all we give COD then COD charges depends on your payment options and the order value of the products you have ordered.
Following rates are applicable on COD (Cash on Delivery) based  on Order Value.

Order Value till 999 --- 100 INR as COD Charges.
Order Value of 1000 to 2499 INR --- 125 INR as COD Charges.
Order Value of 2499 to 5000 INR --- 150 INR as COD Charges.
Order Value of 5001 to 20000 INR --- 200 INR as COD Charges.

Time to Deliver

The products ordered will be prepared in 4-5 days. Once dispatched you can receive it in 3 to 4 days depending on your pincode distance from our warehouse.
Exceptions can be there on Sunday and various public holidays. The delivery can be expected within 3-4 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 7-8 days for other locations in India.

Delays in Delivery

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. 

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. 

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. 

Tracking

You will be able to track your order on the https://pardewale.shiprocket.co/ website by entering either your Order No. or your AWB No. in your shipping confirmation email.  

Cancellations

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 12 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

Lost In transit

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal/courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.
