Will the rug shed?
A little, at first. Light shedding is completely normal for new hand-tufted wool and settles within a few weeks of regular use and gentle vacuuming. It's a sign of natural wool, not a defect.
Will it slip on the floor?
Wool rugs have some natural grip, but on smooth tile or wooden floors we recommend a thin anti-slip underlay — especially in high-traffic areas or homes with kids. It also adds cushioning and extends the rug's life.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Wool is a natural, non-toxic fiber with no harsh chemical treatments. It's naturally flame-resistant and hard-wearing. For homes with pets, the Blended Wool finish is the most resilient choice.
How do I clean spills and stains?
Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth — never rub, as it pushes the spill deeper. Wool's natural lanolin resists most stains. For a deeper clean, use a mild wool-safe detergent or professional rug cleaning once a year.
Why does delivery take 15–25 days?
Because each rug is hand-tufted to order, not pulled off a shelf. That made-to-order craftsmanship is what gives it the density and finish of a premium piece. We'll keep you updated through to dispatch.
Can I order a custom size or shape?
Absolutely. Custom sizes, shapes, and bulk orders are our specialty. Message us on WhatsApp with your dimensions and we'll make it to fit your space.
Will the colours match the photos?
We photograph our rugs as accurately as possible, but screens vary and every hand-tufted piece has slight, natural variation. If you'd like a real-life photo or video before ordering, just ask us on WhatsApp.
